MIC*: A framework for interpretable analysis of ordinal viability data

First-author preprint introducing MIC*, an ordinal-regression framework for viability and growth-inhibition assays. Proportional-odds models with biologically scaled thresholds replace ad hoc MIC cutoffs with an interpretable estimator and delta-method uncertainty.
